The bungalow is in a calm and quiet area, surrounded by a garden of various flora and fauna with a direct view of the Mahaveli river on one side and the mountains on the other. The personal garden spread over a large area contains a huge collection of trees, fruits, herbs, medicinal plants and spices. The bungalow also has a well water supply. There is a traditional garden house facing the river which is ideal for spending leisure time. There is also a rooftop with a beautiful view perfect for stargazing. Apart from the rooms (accomodating 10) there is an additional room outside (accomodating 3).
