Ebenezer Cottage. A private  2 roomed cosy quaint old cottage a  5 minute drive from Nuwaraeliya Town centre post office roundabout. The cottage is in a secluded valley 6250 ft above sea level.
Accomodation maximum 5 or 6 persons only. Food can be brought and had in the cottage.
There is a housekeeper who can prepare meals if provisions given. Gas included in stay price. You need to pay minimum Rs.1000 for cooking services direct to the cook
Beautiful scenic and serene  location bordering the Galway bird forest having a quiet residential neighbourhood still 5 minutes drive from Town . Can comfortably accommodate 5 persons. Room for driver available if required. Walking distance to Lake, park, race course and 20 minute walk to town. On clear days with no mist and low cloud cover, a magnificent view from near the gate of the cottage the Pidurutalagala summit the highest point in the island at 8282 ft. above sea level and the surrounding  mountain range. The  Hakgala mountain 7119 ft the 8th highest mountain in the island. above sea level  can be seen from near the main gate.  Parking available in the front garden for one vehicle. Quiet spaced out neighbourhood with well manicured gardens .
The cottage is built in  1950 s. The furniture , fittings, books  and memorablia are from that period, intentionally kept rustic............. a peek into the past. If you are looking for a modern concept this may definitely not be what you should select.
