Abundia Home-stay is located in the beginning Unawatuna. It is little off the "Party-mile" and therefore more peace & quiet.Our Home is not located directly at the Main Road but one block back. Since the terraces are located to the back, that is with a beautiful view of mangroves and big palm trees. There you are away from any street noise. Three times a day trains are passing by. There are old trains and these are having special charms.
Abundia Home-stay a beautiful new and specious built house with only 04 guest rooms on the first floor. The rooms are big and each one having 04 beds. Perfect for families.Each room has it's own Refrigerator, Air-Condition ,attached bathroom and a terrace.
Rental Policies
Room only single = Rs 3500 without A/C
Room only Double = Rs 5500 without A/C
Family for 03 persons room only = Rs 7000 without A/C
Family for 04 persons room only = Rs 9000 without A/C
Extra B/Fast will cost 5USD per person
