Ours is not a typical guest house but a privately owned family retreat in a rustic set up.
The estate is approximatley 15 acres or 8 hectares of Tea Black Pepper and jungle located at the 185th KM post bordering Colombo Wellawaya A 4 highway to the north and a stream to the south. It's ideally located as a stop over for the night and or for you to get away from the stress of city life with your family or friends, do nothing but relax and enjoy some of the most beautiful views over the mountains, forest, tea plantation and the vallyes below towards the southern parts of the Sri Lanka.
A cook cum housekeeper is available 24x7. A pick up could be arranged for a nominal fee from the Haputale Railway Station for guests travelling by train.
The property is located in a remote and mountainous area. Therefore please take note that the availability of Internet and mobile connectivity is subject to weather conditions and your location.
Rental Policies
All rates are without the cost of meals and are negotiable. Our preference is to rent out the full bungalow i.e 5 bed rooms with double beds.
