All these units have facilitated in order to accommodate 20 visitors at once for short or longer rentals with 6 luxury rooms and all this unit is Ceylon Tourist Board approved location for your comfort accommodation.
 
The unit is situated 100ft above sea level which protects our guests from any natural disaster while the beach is located in a close proximity with just a walking distance (250m). This is the most prestigious area for living at Matara along with a quiet environment and green landscapes for short & longer periods. Separate entrance / electricity bills / water bills and parking space are ready for your convenience. Guests can enjoy the 500sqft roof top with fully equipped kitchen, Sea view & breeze which ideal for sun lounging, reading or simply relaxing and dining.
All 3 floors are fully furnished with A/C & non A/C bed rooms with solar powered hot water in bathrooms. In addition to that, there is a fully equipped kitchen with Mini Refrigerator, Hot & Cool mineral water dispenser, Microwave oven, Bread toaster, Electric heater, Rice cooker, Cooking pans & all types of plates, that you need in a kitchen as well as to dine as at your own home throughout the self catering basis excluding Breakfast. There are totally separated three Homestay type fully furnished three units with two double beds and separated two family rooms with two king size beds and a twin sharing bed room with two single beds.
 
LED full HD television with free Satellite TV connection with local & international channels with unlimited free Wi-Fi zone is at location. Easy access to every bank, supermarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, Beach Park, Church, cab services, shopping and medical care just within 5 minutes.
In addition to above, we are providing Motor Bikes, Surfboards & Bicycles for visitors at free & sharing basis usage for accomplish their basic entertainment and a fully equipped kitchen with all cutleries, plates, dishes & glassware at the Rooftop for occasional requirements of visitors.
