Also 3km to the sea and the kelani river side and very closer to Churches and Temples.

GETTING AROUND

Taxi (car or van or Three wheelers) could be arranged with prior or short notice.
Public transport (bus) service available to Colombo main Bus stop or Railway station
Could use mobile applications on smartphone to obtain taxi ( Grab, pick me, budget taxi, and   many more).

Prices
The electricity charges will be recovered separately from the guest for the actual usage (units) at the prevailing maximum rate of the utility supplier. This charge is in addition to the rental quoted.An advance amount SHOULD BE PAID BY THE GUEST at check in for the electrical usage charges for number of days stay.At  check out  if any excess usage of electricity shoud be settled by the guest. If under utilized  electricity charges if any will be refunded.
The utility of water is FREE OF CHARGE.
For cooking, gas and gas cooker Rice cooker and  all utensils provided FREE OF CHARGE.(it is the resposibility of guest use them without damages)
Note the rent of the accommodation is Rs 5500/= per night for the WHOLE APARTEMENT.(PLEASE SEE  PRICES QUOTED BELOW)
Also note depending on the duration of the stay the rent could be negotiable.
THE PAYMENT FOR NUMBER DAYS BOOKED SHOULD BE PAID IN FULL ADVANCE OR AT CHECK IN.
IN ADDITION TO ABOVE REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF RS 5,000 SHOULD BE MADE .

Cancellation
Prior cancellation could be made subject to a recovery of 2% administration fee.
