We rent out the complete ground floor of our luxury villa, which is nestled in a quiet, lush, tropical garden with approx. 1000m2 at the outskirts of the Harbour town Beruwela. The Apartment has an separate entrance and an private garden.
The villa was built in 2001, the ground floor was re-designed and refurbished in 2012. All appliances are new. We, myself a german national together with my wife, a local and our 16yrs old son are living in the first floor. We have a Great Dane and 2 local dogs which are watching over us and the property. They are harmless for good people and children. The ground floor and the private garden are built in a way that the dog's cannot access, except you invite them. All together there are 3 rooms out of that 2 are bedrooms, 1 is equipped with a fitness machine and ironing equipment.. The bedrooms have direct access to the covered large veranda and the private garden. In the garden is a BBQ place and a waterfall shower, built of granite stones like a cabin. Through the peaceful surrounding we have lots of exotic birds like colibri, king fisher, parrot etc. which are visiting and sometimes breeding in the trees. We offer everyone family connection, but respect it if someone want to be alone. Through our experience here we can advise you where you find what you are looking for and for a reasonable price. Excursions or round tours, as well as the airport transfer can be arranged for you.
The 2 bedrooms are equipped with large concreted king size beds, concreted wall cupboard's as well as fan's, air condition's and safe. The large kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, blender, toaster, cutlery and crockery as well all necessary cooking utensils.2 bathrooms with shower, the larger one with hot water.1 large living room, equipped with exclusive furniture has enough space to accommodate the dining area as well. The whole area including the garden is WiFi enabled.
Our property is around 1000qm of which around 100qm is reserved for the private garden belonging to the apartment.

use of 2 bedroom 50 Euro/day (max.4 guests)
minimum booking 5 days. If 2 persons wants both bedrooms=50 Euro
01.11.2019 to 31.05.2020
use of 1 bedroom 50 Euro/day (max.2 guests)
use of 2 bedrooms 60 Euro/day (max.4 guests)
minimum booking is 7 days
if 2 guests want both bedrooms = 60 Euro
