The cottage is situated on a 1/2 an acre property�just 2.5km from the Nuwara Eliya town on the Nuwara Eliya- Hatton main road (500 metres from the Blackpool junction, which is the branching point to Horton plains and Worlds end) It has a panoramic view of surrounding hills with tea, forests and vegetable cultivation. A stream flows through the property and connects with a river just below in the valley. The house gets its water from a spring on the premises. 150 meters to Silver Falls bathing spot. 4 Kms to Nanu Oya Railway Station.

It is a two roomed holiday cottage which can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests, and is ideally suited for families. The large room has accommodation for 4 and the smaller for 2.
