This is a newly built modern and specious house, 6 km away from Central Colombo, owned/ managed by a couple who worked as bankers by profession living in the same house. This house is located in a calm and quiet area and the environment gives a lot of attractions of exotic birds and the occassional Monkeys who cross over.
Close distance to Banks, Hospitals, Supermarkets, Eating places (Restaurants, Pizza Hut, KFC, Mc Donald, Dominos), ODEL (Premium Fashion Store), Casinos & Clubs, Coffee Shops, Beautiful Lakes and also the Parliment Complex.
Very easy access to the city via tuk tuk, busses and taxis. The cheapest way of transport "Budget tuk tuk" can be arranged at the doorstep on request.
03 Double Bed Rooms are available on rent. one ensuite and other room with seperate bath. They also provided with hot and cold water, Double Beds, Ceiling Fans, Ward Robe, dressing table, including a large common sitting area and a cable TV Lounge. The Towels and bed linnen is changed on regular basis.
Meals can be provided at a reasonable cost.
