This is a modern newly built house, 9 km away from Central Colombo, owned by a couple who worked as bankers by profession living in the same house. This house is located in a calm and quiet area and the environment gives a lot of attractions of exotic birds and the occassional Monkeys who cross over.

Very easy access to the city via, Tuk Tuk, Budget taxi, busses. Distance to the nearest bus stop is 100 m.
03 Double Bed Rooms are available on rent. one ensuite and a seperate bath for Other 2 Rooms. They also provided with hot and cold water, Double Beds, Fans, Dressing table, Wardrobe including a large common sitting area and a specious TV Lounge. The towels and bed linnen is changed regularly.
Meals can be provided on request at a very reasonable rate.
